This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data 11nines collects, why, and the choices you have. 11nines is operated by Vishwantara Innovation Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, which is the data fiduciary for this site. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

1. What we collect

• When you register or pay: your name, email address and phone number, and your payment status (received from Razorpay). We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details — Razorpay processes those.
• When you attend: live sessions may be recorded. Your questions asked during a session may appear in the recording shared with the same cohort.
• When you contact us: whatever you send us by email or WhatsApp.

2. Why we collect it

• To give you access to what you registered or paid for.
• To send you session links, reminders, recordings and materials.
• To issue payment receipts and comply with tax and accounting law.
• To tell you about upcoming 11nines classes — you can opt out of these messages any time.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the classes: Razorpay (payments), Zoom (live sessions), YouTube/Google (recordings), WhatsApp/Meta (communication), and our website and database hosting providers. Each processes data under its own terms. We may also disclose data if required by law.

4. How long we keep it

Registration and payment records are kept as long as needed for the service and as required by Indian tax law. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it except where law requires retention (e.g. payment records).

5. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to: show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop non-essential communication. Write to hello@11nines.tech and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, and you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website currently uses no advertising cookies. If we add basic analytics later, this policy will be updated first and any consent required by law will be taken on the site.

7. Children

Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please register with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
